Dry-aged US Black Angus porterhouse is pure perfection in the form of a steak. The dry-ageing process further emphasises the characteristic flavour of US beef. A bone separates the dry-aged porterhouse steak into a sirloin part and a large fillet part; the entire steak weighs more than a pound. One of them is more than enough to give two steak lovers the pleasure of intensely marbled, genuine  beef. The high proportion of corn in the feed of our select cows gives the dry-aged Black Angus porterhouse steak its strong, savoury flavour.
