The flank steak is the best-known steak in the United States. With the right preparation method, this relatively lean cut of meat becomes flavoursome and tender. Especially when it has the excellent characteristics of Wagyu beef from the Morgan Ranch. After grilling or searing the Wagyu flank steak, make sure to halve it lengthways  WITH the grain first, then cut it AGAINST the grain into thin slices (approx. 0.5 cm). Season with a pinch of salt only.

Dan Morgan’s Wagyu cows are given special feed; their meat is intensely marbled due to their good genetics. It gives the meat an excellent taste and incomparable tenderness and succulence.
