The ultimate German Angus cattle T-bone steak from our own dry-ageing chamber. Our dry-aged T-bone comes from German Angus cattle. They receive corn-based complementary feed from the age of eight months. The Angus breed is known all over the world for its excellent marbling with delicate fat veins, which make the meat delicate and tender. In addition, the steaks spend five weeks in our dedicated dry-ageing chamber. During that time, they attain a crisp, savoury flavour with slightly nutty notes.
